I’ve been working in the IT industry for over a decade, and it’s been quite a journey! After earning a degree in European Studies, I’ve had a range of different roles before landing my current position as a QA Team Manager, which I’ve held since 2022. I truly believe that where there’s a will, there’s a way. My varied professional and personal experiences have helped me develop a deep empathy for others, allowing me to connect with almost any audience. Outside of work, I love going to concerts and music festivals, as well as practicing amateur aerial acrobatics on the hoop and pole dancing.

I’ll also focus on helping team members facing layoffs manage the emotional toll and turn it into an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
