Initially frustrated by her colleagues’ quietness, she embarked on a quest to understand introversion, uncovering a world that challenges the societal „Extrovert Ideal.” Her speech explores how this bias permeates various aspects of life, from education to the workplace, while highlighting the often-overlooked strengths of introverts. Drawing on research and personal experiences, she illustrates how introverts can excel as leaders, creatives, and innovators, particularly in fields like technology. She advocates for a more balanced appreciation of both personality types, emphasizing the unique contributions introverts make in an increasingly digital world and encouraging a reevaluation of traditional notions of ideal personality traits in personal and professional settings.
